Miso Whiting with Chilli Garlic Greens
Marinated Miso Fish is seriously a must do, it turns golden when cooking and tastes it too!

Ingredients
1 tbsp White Miso Paste
1 tbsp Mirin
1 cm Ginger, minced
2 tsp Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Tamari
1 tsp Sesame Oil
300g Wild Whiting Fillets
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled
Chilli Garlic Greens
Sesame Oil, drizzled
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Red Chilli, sliced
200g Green Beans
1 handful Spinach
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
Method
1. Combine white miso paste, mirin, ginger, coconut sugar, tamari and sesame oil in a bowl. Add whiting fillets and allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
2. Heat a frying pan and drizzle with olive oil, add marinated fish and cook for a couple of minutes each side until cooked through and golden.
3. Meanwhile, heat a separate frying pan and drizzle with sesame oil. Add garlic and chilli, cooking for a minute or until garlic is fragrant.
4. Add green beans, spinach and sesame seeds and cook until spinach has wilted.
5. Serve miso fish on top of chilli garlic greens.
