Asian Orange Salmon
A delicious asian orange marinade that is flavour packed!

featuring their Wild Salmon.
Servings: 2
Ingredients
2 x 150g Wild Salmon Fillets, skin on
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 cm Ginger, grated
1 Orange, juice & zest
½ Lime, juice & zest
2 tsp Tamari
1 tsp Honey
Pinch Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander, finely chopped

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. In a glass container add salmon, garlic, ginger, orange, lime, tamari, honey, salt and pepper. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until salmon is tender.
4. Serve with baked vegetables.
Note:
The salmon can also be cooked in a frying pan instead of the oven.
