Berry & Vanilla Protein Breaky Crumbles

Adding protein to your breaky is a great way to sneak in a little bet extra throughout the day!

Using Pure Vanilla Bean Protein Powder from Aus Natural Protein, combined with some berries and a crumble on top this breaky is bound to be a HIT!!

Berry & Vanilla Protein Breaky Crumbles
 

Servings: 2-4

Ingredients

Base

3 cups Frozen Mixed Berries 

1 tbsp Coconut/Rapadura Sugar


Crumble

¼ cup Almond Meal

1/3 cup Pure Vanilla Bean Protein Powder 

1/3 cup Shredded Coconut

1/3 cup Rolled Oats

¼ cup Grass Fed Butter, melted

 
 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced. 

  2. Add base ingredients to a medium saucepan on a low heat. 

  3. Cook until berries have softened, approximately 8 minutes. 

  4. Meanwhile combine all crumble ingredients in a bowl. 

  5. Pour softened berries into 2-4 ramekins. 

  6. Top with crumble and bake until crumble begins to turn golden, approximately 10-15 minutes.
