Chilli Beef Noodles

Ingredients

125g Organic Spelt Mie-Noodles
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled
1 Onion, finely chopped
250g Grass-Fed Beef Mince
1 Carrot, julienned
1 Bok Choy, halved
2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Tamari
1 tsp Extra Virgin Sesame Oil
1 tsp Mirin
1 tsp Garlic Granules
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
2 handfuls Spinach
1 tbsp Honey
Salt & Pepper, to taste

 
 

Method

1.     Cook noodles as per packet instructions and set aside.

2.     Heat a large wok/frying pan and drizzle with oil.

3.     Sauté onion for 1 minute or until softened.

4.     Add beef mince, breaking up until partially browned.

5.     Add carrot and bok choy and cook for a further 2 minutes.

6.     Add sweet chilli sauce, tamari, sesame oil, mirin, garlic, chilli flakes, sesame seeds and stir through.

7.     Add spinach and honey and cook until spinach has wilted.

8.     Add drained noodles and stir through.
