Deconstructed Sushi Bowl

 

 I feel like me rolling sushi would be a complete fail! So, to keep things simple I’ve made this bowl! SO simple to makeand SO nutrient dense!⁠

Deconstructed Sushi Bowl

Servings: 2

Ingredients

100g Smoked Salmon
1/3 cup Rice, cooked as per packet instructions
½ Avocado, sliced 
½ cup Edamame Beans
1 Lebanese Cucumbers, sliced
1 Carrot, sliced
1 sheet of Seaweed, flaked on top
¼ tsp Sesame Seeds 
1 tbsp Tamari 

Method

1.     Place all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with tamari.
