Forest Pizza
I just love adding greens as much as I can,
so why would I keep them off my pizzas??
Servings: 2
Ingredients
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
¼ tsp Dried Basil or Marjoram
2 Wraps for Pizza Base (I use the brand “M.E.B FOOD” for my wraps)
2 Portobello Mushrooms
2 tbsp Red Onion
2 tbsp Green Capsicum
1 handful Spinach
2 tbsp Goats Cheese
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced.
2. In a small bowl mix herbs with tomato paste.
3. Spread paste over wrap.
4. Place toppings over pizza however you desire.
5. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes.
6. Slice & Serve.
