Lemon Cream Barramundi

This creamy dreamy recipe is full of zesty flavour and super simple to whip up.
If you are after a tasty elevated dinner but don’t have much time,
this recipe is for you!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

2 tbsp Grass-Fed Butter
½ Red Onion, diced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
½ Lemon, zest & juice
1/3 cup Cream
2 tsp Mustard Powder
Pinch Salt & Pepper
2 x Wild Barramundi Fillets
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp Fresh Chives, finely chopped 

Serve with Seasonal Vegetables

 
 

Method

1.     In a small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in butter until fragrant and softened.

2.     Add lemon, cream and mustard powder and stir until combined.

3.     Place barramundi in an oven proof dish, pour over sauce and bake for 10-12 minutes or until barramundi is cooked through.

4.     Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and chives.

5.     Serve alongside cooked seasonal vegetables.
