Mini Muesli Munchies

 

You can’t go wrong with muesli bars and 
when you make them yourself you actually know what is in them!!! 
Yep supermarket muesli bars are full of 
hidden unnecessary ingredients & LOADS of sugar.
This recipe is like a cross between a slice and a muesli bar. 
They are dense, hearty & so filling. YUM! ⠀

Servings: 10

Ingredients

2  Bananas, mashed
2 Medjool Dates, finely chopped
1 cup Rolled Oats
¼ cup Pecans, roughly chopped
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
Peanut Butter, optional drizzle

Method

1.    Preheat oven to 150 degrees conventional. 

2.    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 

3.    Place in mini loaf pans or a brownie tin (I used three 15.5 x 8.5 x 4.5cm pans).

4.    Bake for 12-15 minutes. 

5.    Allow to rest and proceed to cut into muesli bars.

6.    Option to drizzle with peanut butter.
