Guilt Free Raspberry Basil Gelato
This recipe is in collaboration with my friends at Ninja Kitchen, using their Ice Cream CREAMI machine, a fun kitchen accessory for summer!
If you don’t have a CREAMi machine, this can be done in
a high speed blender, it just won’t be as fluffy!
This beautiful flavour of raspberry and basil is super refreshing!

Servings: 2
Ingredients
1½ cups Unsweetened Plant Based Milk (I used coconut)
1/3 cup Raspberries
1 tsp Basil, finely chopped
1 Lime, juiced
3 tbsp Coconut Sugar
Method
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Pour mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi* tub. Place lid and freeze for 24 hours.
3. Remove tub from freezer and remove lid. Select Gelato function and allow your CREAMi to do its magic!
4. Once creamed, scoop and serve immediately.
* If you don’t have a CREAMi machine, this can be done in a high speed blender, it just won’t be as fluffy!
