Salt & Vinegar Almonds
Are you using good quality salt?
Salt is such an important part of our diet and quality matters.
I have been using herbamare salt for quite some time now, it combines fresh herbs & veg with pure sea salt, allowing it to steep and mature for one year before being dried and blended together.
Along with being certified organic & MSG free, it also has kelp which is a natural iodine source, (other iodised salts use synthetic iodine), which is amazing as I like to get it straight from the natural source!
This Salt & Vinegar Almond recipe is super simple and delicious wholefood snack.
Ingredients
1 cup Raw Almonds
½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Salt (this recipe is in collaboration with A.Vogel Herbamare salt)

1. Soak almonds in vinegar for 30 minutes and proceed to drain vinegar.
