Sirloin Steak with Lemon Beetroot Salad
Delicious garlicy steak with a side of citrusy beetroot salad, delicious!

featuring their Grass-Fed Sirloin steak.
Servings: 2
Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled
2 x Grass-Fed Sirloin Steaks
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tsp Onion Powder
Pinch Salt & Pepper
Beetroot Salad
1 cup Rocket
2 Beetroot, sliced into coins
2 tbsp Goat’s Cheese, crumbled
½ Red Onion, sliced
¼ cup Fresh Herbs finely chopped (I used Basil Mint)
½ Lemon, juice and zest
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method
1. Rub oil over steak, sprinkle with garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.
2. Heat a frying pan until hot, drizzle with oil.
3. Cook steak to your liking.
4. Meanwhile, combine all beetroot salad ingredients in a bowl.
5. Serve steak with a side of beetroot salad.
