Vanilla Bean Protein Bliss Balls

 

The perfect snack for any occasion, and the best bit, there’s no nasties!
These protein bliss balls are a combination of coconut and vanilla bean
that contains only quality ingredients so you wont feel bad for eating them!

Vanilla bean protein bliss balls

Servings: 20

Ingredients

1 cup Rolled Oats
1/3 cup Organic Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
½ cup Desiccated Coconut
3 Medjool Dates, roughly chopped
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
Pinch of Salt
Extra Desiccated Coconut, for rolling

 

Coconut and vanilla protein balls

Method

1.        Blitz all ingredients in a blender until well combined.

2.       Using a tablespoon roll into balls and proceed to roll in extra coconut until coated.

3.       Set in fridge for at least 20 minutes.

4.       Enjoy once set!
