Vanilla Protein & Coconut Rice Bars

This recipe was made using Pure Vanilla Bean Protein Powder from Aus Naturals. These protein bars are the perfect on the go snack!

Ingredients
1/3 cup Pure Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
1½ cup Rice Puffs
¾ cup Shredded Coconut
¼ cup Desiccated Coconut
2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 cup Coconut Butter, melted (or a nut/seed butter)
1 Coconut Oil, melted
Method
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combined.
Line a container or baking tin with baking paper. Spoon mixture into container and use the back of the spoon to press down and even out the mixture.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut mixture into bars and keep refrigerated.
