It all starts with simple swaps, in my last blog post I shared my health journey. 
A critical part of this journey was introducing new foods and finding substitutions for the foods that I loved. I never wanted to feel deprived of certain foods that I wanted, so I simply swapped foods that I knew were not benefiting my health. This was a slow process and my taste buds also slowly transitioned. This method of simple substitution made the changes sustainable, a few years on… 
I am still going strong and there are definitely no feelings of deprivation!
