What does eating naturally mean?
Eating naturally is all about getting back to basics. Eating real wholefoods. Removing additives and chemicals that are added to our food. It’s all about getting as close to the natural source as possible. I often relate it to eating how our grandmothers or ancestors would have eaten. Want to get started head here for some natural eating recipes.

What are the benefits of eating naturally?
Eating naturally is life changing. Not to be dramatic but it’s true, I’ve experienced it myself and so have my clients.

The problem is with today’s foods that are highly refined and full of poor quality ingredients, our bodies are struggling to keep up and eliminate these. Not only that, but people are stacking on more and more adding to the toxic load.

Once you rid your body of the toxic load it can begin to function optimally because your body is essentially trying its best to keep you in homeostasis (which means your body is functioning in harmony).

Once you eliminate this load and replace it with natural wholefoods your body can properly detox and return to a thriving state.

Some benefits you can expect to experience and what I experienced was better immunity, better skin/nail/hair health, my digestive issues cleared up, I lost weight easily and sustainably. I had more energy and my mental health was in a much better place.

My number one tip to eat Naturally!
My biggest tip is to start reading labels.
Turn over the packets and ask yourself do you actually know what you are putting in your body! Some of these labels have words that you can’t even pronounce and numbers that are chemicals made in a lab. I certainly don’t want to be eating that and nor should you! So it all starts with these simple swaps.

Remember these three sayings:
-JERF: Just Eat Real Food
-If you can’t pronounce what’s on the pack put it back on the rack
-Nature knows Best (Natural Spoonfuls philosophy)
