Baked Brie with Dipping Carrots

I have wanted to do a baked brie for sooo long and it certainly did not disappoint! A delicious gooey centre that oozes out upon cutting, serious cheese heaven. I have accompanied it with the roasted carrots for easy dipping. This is a must try recipe that is SO easy!

 
Baked Brie with Dipping Carrots
 

Servings: 4

Ingredients

250g Snackable Carrots
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Herbs, roughly chopped (I used Thyme)
Salt, to taste
450g Brie Cheese (or smaller if you can’t find one this large)
¼ cup Hazelnuts, roughly chopped
¼ cup Pumpkin Seeds

Method

1.     Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

2.     Toss carrots in a bowl with olive oil, a sprinkle of herbs and salt. Lay out on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes or until tender.

3.     Add brie cheese to a separate baking dish and bake for 20 minutes which will achieve a very gooey centre.

4.     Serve and top cheese with hazelnuts, fresh herbs and pumpkin seeds. Serve alongside roasted carrots and enjoy dipping into cheese.
