Baked Choc Proats

Take your oats game to the next level with these baked choc proats! If like me you love a sweet breaky, this one is for you!

This recipe was made using Organic Artisan Coca Whey Protein Powder and is the most delish breaky for the winter months!

Baked choc proats
 

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 Banana

1 Free-Range Egg

1/3 cup Artisan Cacao Protein Powder

1/3 cup Oats

1/3 cup Milk (I used almond milk)

1 tsp Rice Malt Syrup

1 tsp Cacao Powder

¼ tsp Cinnamon

½ tsp Baking Powder

1 tbsp Walnuts, roughly chopped

1 tbsp Chocolate Chips, optional

 
 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking ramekin. 

  2. Blitz all ingredients in a blender except for walnuts and chocolate chips.  

  3. Pour into a baking dish, stir through walnuts and chocolate chips.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean (it is also nice slightly undercooked and gooey!).
