Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 x 400g can Chickpeas, drained & rinsed (or 230g dried
chickpeas soaked & cooked which becomes 1 ½ cups cooked)
½ Lemon, juiced
1/3 cup Black Tahini (well stirred)

1 Garlic Clove, minced
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Water
¼ tsp Salt
White Sesame Seeds, optional topping

 
 

Method

1.     Blend all ingredients until smooth (if the mixture is too thick add olive oil). Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

2.     Serve with your favourite dippers!
