Choc Nut Butter Rice Crackers
These are sooo easy to make and such a delicious snack!
This would be perfect on a Sunday meal prep for the week’s snacks. I used pb but feel free to use any nut butter and you can also go wild with toppings, the combo’s are endless!

Ingredients
4-6 Rice Crackers
½ x block Dark Chocolate, melted
1/3 cup (or more!) Nut Butter
Topping Ideas
Nuts, finely chopped (I used peanuts)
Goji Berries
Pumpkin Seeds
Rose Petals
Method
Spread each rice cake with nut butter. Drizzle with melted chocolate and place on a wire rack.
2. Sprinkle with your favourite toppings.
3. Place in refrigerator allowing chocolate to harden. Keep stored in the refrigerator.
