Granola Cups

Welcome to the breakfast of your dreams, if you are a lover of granola, then you will love the fun and pretty take! BUT this still uses real food healthy ingredients, so enjoy guilt free!

 
 

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

1 cup Rolled Oats

¾ cup Shredded Coconut

¾ cup Almond Meal

1/3 cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

¼ cup Rice Malt Syrup

2 tbsp Nut Butter (I used Peanut)

Serving Ideas
Peanut Butter + Blueberries

Chocolate + Strawberries

Yoghurt + Nuts

 
 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. You have the option to use patty pans or grease a muffin tin very well.

  4. Divide mixture between muffin tray and use the back of a spoon to press down the filling, I used my fingers to press the mixture up against the edges., creating a hollow middle.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until just golden, make sure not to overcook as they can burn quickly!

  6. Allow to cool completely

  7. Top with serving ideas and enjoy!
