Matcha Latte Overnight Oats

Matcha is essentially ground up green tea leaves,
which means it contains caffeine.
Popping it into your morning oats is a great way to
boost your morning.
It’s literally like eating a matcha latte!

Ingredients
1/3 cup GF Rolled Oats
2/3 cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk (I used Coconut Milk)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp Matcha Powder
1 tsp Sweetener of choice (I used maple syrup)
Toppings:
1 tbsp Coconut Flakes
1 tbsp Cashews, finely chopped
Seasonal Fruit
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl.
2. Seal and leave to set in fridge overnight.
3. Once set, top with topping and enjoy!
