Chunky Bruschetta Dip
I love a chunky dip who said a dip has to be silky smooth. Think of it like a refreshing salsa on crackers, delish if you ask me!
Servings: 1 large dip
Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ Red Onion, sliced
1 Garlic Clove, thinly sliced
2 Tomatoes, diced
2 tsp Basil, dry or fresh
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Combine all bruschetta ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Serve as you wish, it’s delicious on seedy crackers.
