Natural Mite

 

I’m a happy little natural MITE!
I love making my own versions of foods,
especially household staples.
This recipe is super easy and uses only 3 ingredients!
I always have a jar sitting on my shelf.
I love to have Natural Mite with a bit of avocado on toast YUM. Or even find myself dipping into carrots.. just me?

Servings: 1 Jar - Servings 20g

Ingredients

½ cup Black Tahini* (well stirred, otherwise it will
be too thick)
1/3 cup Tamari
3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes


Method

1.     Blend all ingredients until mixture is a smooth consistency (if too thick add a touch of water). 

2.     Enjoy!

Hints

*Black Tahini is unhullled sesame seeds and can be found at your local health food store.
