Maple Glazed Trail Mix

Maple Glazed Trail Mix
 

Servings: 10 (300g, serving size 30g)

Ingredients

1 cup Mixed Nuts (I used cashews, pecans & almonds)
1/3 cup Mixed Seeds (I used chia, sesame & hemp)
1/3 cup Rolled Oats (I used GF Oats)
1/3 cup Dried Fruit (oil & preservative free, I used goldenberries)
1/3 cup Maple Syrup 

 
 

Method

1.     Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking tray. 

2.     Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 

3.     Evenly spread out on baking paper and bake for approximately 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. 

4.     Using a spatula toss mix and bake for a further 3-5 minutes or until browned and toasted. 

5.     Allow to cool completely.

6.     Use a spatula to break up brittle and store in a jar.
