Curried Eggs
If you’re wanting a healthy savoury snack, or even an accompaniment to a meal, these are a great addition.
These ones are such a delicious combo… the secret ingredient is HUMMUS… YUM!
Servings: 12 Curried Eggs
Ingredients
6 Free-Range Eggs, hard boiled & halved
½ cup Hummus
1 tsp Mild Curry Powder
1 tsp Mild Paprika
¼ tsp Salt
Pepper, cracked on top
Chives, garnished
Method
1. Combine hummus with spices and salt in small bowl.
2. Scoop out egg yolks and combine with hummus mixture.
3. Divide mixture evenly between the 12 egg halves.
4. Garnish with extra paprika, pepper & chives.
