Homemade Hummus
Okay hands down hummus is probably my favorite food! Making it yourself takes tops 5 mins, tastes better & is actually good for you!
Next time you’re in the dip isle pick up a tub of hummus turn it over, scan through the ingredients… guaranteed it will be full of poor quality oil & random ingredients/words you can’t even pronounce! I think there’s only one at my local shops that I will allow but wow it’s esssspensive!
So I make my own! Time to start making the REAL deal.

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Water
½ tsp Cumin
¼ tsp Salt
Paprika, sprinkled for serving.
