PB Choc Baked Oats
Now it’s getting into cozy weather again,
I’m back on the baked oats band wagon!
Simply blend and bake whilst you get ready for the day!
I had try a peanut butter & choc combo…
simply delicious!
Servings: 1
Ingredients
1 Banana
1 Free Range Egg
½ cup Rolled Oats
½ cup Milk
2 tsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp Coconut Sugar
½ tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Chocolate Chips
3 tsp Peanut Butter
You can add protein powder to this recipe, or serve with some greek yoghurt to up the protein intake!
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Blitz all ingredients in a blender except for chocolate chips and peanut butter.
3. Pour into a small, greased baking dish.
4. Add chocolate chips and add teaspoons of peanut butter to mixture.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light browned.
