Rainbow Power Smoothie

This gorgeous rainbow smoothie does involve a bit of extra effort but how pretty is it!? And we do eat with our eyes right.

Ingredients

2 Bananas, divided into thirds per banana (Fresh or Frozen)

Layer 1
½ tsp Power Superfoods Chia Seeds
2/3 of a Banana
2 tbsp Unsweetened Plant Milk
1 tbsp Power Superfoods Real Plant Protein (Vanilla Bean)
1 tsp Power Superfoods Maqui Powder

Layer 2
½ tsp Power Superfoods Chia Seeds
1/3 of a Banana
2 tbsp Unsweetened Plant Milk
1 tbsp Power Superfoods Real Plant Protein (Vanilla Bean)
¼ cup Spinach
½ tsp Power Superfoods Cacao Powder

Layer 3
½ tsp Power Superfoods Chia Seeds
1/3 of a Banana
2 tbsp Unsweetened Plant Milk
1 tbsp Power Superfoods Real Plant Protein (Vanilla Bean)
¼ Mango
1 tsp Power Superfoods Maca Powder

Layer 4
½ tsp Power Superfoods Chia Seeds
1/3 of a Banana
2 tbsp Unsweetened Plant Milk
1 tbsp Power Superfoods Real Plant Protein (Vanilla Bean)
1 tsp Beetroot Powder

Layer 5
½ tsp Power Superfoods Chia Seeds
1/3 of a Banana
2 tbsp Unsweetened Plant Milk
1 tbsp Power Superfoods Real Plant Protein (Vanilla Bean)
1 tsp Power Superfoods Wild Blueberries Powder

 
 

Method

1.     Add a layer at a time to a blender and blitz until combined. Pour into a glass and rinse out the blender before proceeding to blending the next layer.
