Savoury Turmeric Cookies
Here we are with some savoury cookies, perfect for when you don’t want anything sweet but are after a little snack!
The colour is just incredible they are like little balls of sunshine!

Servings: 16 Cookies
Ingredients
2 Free-Range Eggs, beaten
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Turmeric
¼ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
1 cup Quinoa Flakes
2 cups Rolled Oats
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
3. Form into balls and place on a baking tray.
4. Use fork to press down each ball to form a circle (wetting a fork in between each press, prevents sticking).
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
