Crunch Kale Chips
This snack is super easy and I just love the texture of the chips, they are crunchy and just sort of ends up melting in your mouth.
It’s also super simple and quick to make!
Servings: As much as you please!
Ingredients
Kale
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Salt
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced.
2. Evenly spread dry kale on an oven tray, drizzle with coconut oil & sprinkle with salt.
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crisp (keep an eye on them, they can burn quickly!).
4. Enjoy!
