Spicy Hummus Carrot Dip

Your favourite dip but veggie packed!

Spicy Hommus Carrot Dip
 

Servings: As a Side Dish

Ingredients

250g Snackable Carrots (+ extra for dipping)
1 x 400g can Chickpeas, drained & rinsed (or 230g dried chickpeas soaked & cooked which becomes 1 ½ cups cooked)
1 Lemon, juiced
1 Garlic Clove, minced
¼ cup Tahini (well stirred)
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Chilli Powder

Chilli Flakes, sprinkled for serving

 
Spicy Hommus Carrot Dip
 

Method

1.     Blend all ingredients until smooth.

2.     Sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve.
