Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt Bark
I created this recipe for valentines, you can never go wrong with strawbs come valentines day.
This is more of thick bark, I'd almost call it an ice cream slice.
But if you like frozen healthy desserts this is for you.

Servings: 4-6
Ingredients
3 cups Yoghurt (I used Greek)
1 cup Strawberries
2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
¼ cup White Chocolate or Coconut Butter, melted (optional)
Topping
Extra Strawberries, sliced
Shredded Coconut
Coconut Flakes
Rose Petals
Method
1. In a blender, pulse yoghurt, strawberries and maple syrup until just combined (leaving some strawberry chunks if possible).
2. Line a rimmed baking tray with baking paper (or a glass container). Pour mixture onto tray allowing at least a centimetre in thickness.
3. Option to stir through white chocolate/coconut butter.
4. Scatter the additional strawberries. Sprinkle coconut and rose petals.
5. Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Allow to soften for a couple of minutes if completely frozen, cut into slices and enjoy this frozen dessert!
