Mixed Berry & Choc Protein Tart
If like me, you crave something sweet after dinner, this choc mixed berry tart is for you!
This recipe is packed full of protein and antioxidants (from both the berries and cocoa!) so not only will it help satisfy those sweet cravings, but also give you some sneaky health benefits too! Using the delish Artisan Cacao Protein Powder this recipe is a must try!!

Ingredients
2½ cups Frozen Mixed Berries
2 Free-Range Eggs
½ cup Almond Flour
2/3 cup Unsweetened Plant Based Milk (I used Coconut Milk)
1/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
1/3 cup Sugar (I used Rapadura)
1/3 cup Artisan Cacao Protein Powder
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
Fresh Berries, for topping
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced.
Add berries to a baking dish (I used a pie dish).
Add remaining ingredients to blender and blitz until combined.
Pour mixture evenly over berries.
Bake for 40-55 minutes or until lightly browned.
Top with berries and serve warm or cool. Best kept refridgerated.
