Healthy homemade mousse, full of good quality grass-fed whey protein and healthy fats from creamy avocado!
This one is super decedent, fancy and rich in dark chocolate full of amazing antioxidants.

Choc Protein Mousse

Servings: 2

Ingredients

2 Avocadoes, pitted & peeled
1/3 cup Artisan Cacao Protein Powder
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
Yoghurt/Coconut Yoghurt/Cream, whipped

Chocolate Protein Mousse

Method

1.      Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth (alternatively use a stick blender) 

2.     Keep refrigerated, top with yoghurt/cream and enjoy!
