Cherry Ripe Smoothie

I’ve got you covered with this delicious start to your day. This recipe has a delicious combination of oats, chocolate, cherries and coconut.

Cherry Ripe Smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
2 tbsp GF Rolled Oats
½ cup Cherries, pitted
1 tbsp Cashews
2 tsp Shredded Coconut 
½ tsp Cacao Powder
½ tsp Maple Syrup
3 Ice Cubes

Method

  1. Add ingredients to blender in order as listed.

  2. Blend to desired consistency. 


Hint: Use frozen or fresh fruit and add ice as desired for a more refreshing drink.
