I love a good smoothie bowl, especially when it’s all purple & packed full of antioxidants like this! ⁠

Berry Smoothie Bowl

Servings: 1

Ingredients

¼ cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk (I used Almond Milk)
½ Frozen Banana
1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 serving Protein Powder


Toppings (as desired, but I suggest to include 1 tbsp nuts)
I used slivered almonds & fresh blackberries. 

Method

1.     Add ingredients to blender in order as listed.

2.     Blend to desired consistency, ensure not to over blend. 
A spatula may be needed whilst blending due to the thick consistency. 

3.     Top with your favourite toppings.
