Sweet Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

 

How good are smoothie bowls, I’m all about a thick smoothie bowl
with delicious toppings, mmm yes please! ⁠

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Servings: 1

Ingredients

¼ cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk (I used Almond Milk)
½ Frozen Banana
1 cup Frozen Strawberries
1 serving Protein Powder


Toppings (as desired, but I suggest to include 1 tbsp nuts)
I used tiger nuts, coconut flakes & toasted buckwheat. 

Method

1.      Add ingredients to blender in order as listed.

2.     Blend to desired consistency, ensure not to over blend. 
A spatula may be needed whilst blending due to the thick consistency. 

3.     Top with your favourite toppings.
