Burger Salad
 

Servings: 2

Ingredients

Burgers
300g Grass-Fed Beef Mince
1 Free Range Egg, optional
½ Onion, finely diced
1 Garlic Clove
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper

Salad
2 cups Mixed Lettuce Leaves
2 slices Tasty Cheese, sliced into quarters
1 Tomato, sliced
2 Pickles, sliced
1 Carrot, grated
1/8 Red Cabbage, shredded
½ Red Onion, sliced into rings

Sauce
¼ cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp Mustard Powder
¼ Lemon, juiced

 
Deconstructed Burger Salad
 

Method

1.     Combine burger ingredients in a large bowl. Form into 4 burger patties.

2.     Grill on barbeque or frying pan in extra virgin olive oil ensuring to flip halfway.

3.     Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients and set aside.

4.     Chop up burgers into bite size and serve in salad with sauce.
