Tofu Hommus Satay Sticks

Hommus Satay is probs my newest obsession.
These high protein satay sticks are seriously delicious and a very easy plant based meal option.

 
Tofu Hommus Satay Sticks
 

Servings: 2 (3 skewers each)

Ingredients

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled
200g Firm Tofu, cut into 6 long strips
Fresh Coriander, optional to serve

Hommus Satay
¼ cup SSS Foods Hommus - Coriander, Cumin & Chilli
½ Lemon, juiced
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
3 tbsp Tamari
1 tsp Garlic Powder

 
Tofu Hommus Satay Sticks
 

Method

1.     Combine all hommus satay ingredients and set aside.

2.     Skewer six tofu strips on bamboo skewers.

3.     Heat oil on a small frying pan on a medium heat.

4.     Cook skewers, rotating, until golden on each side.

5.     Pour sauce over skewers and garnish with coriander.
