Choc Hommus Bliss Balls
I know I know you think I’m crazy! Adding hommus into bliss balls.. but seriously don’t knock it til you try it.
Hommus is made with chickpeas which are a fantastic addition to a snack like bliss balls, not only for amazing texture but the incredible health benefits.
Chickpeas are:
High in Plant Protein (necessary for the building blocks of the body)
Great source of Fibre (aiding digestion & gut health)
Plant source of Iron (necessary for red blood cell production)
Contain Vitamin C which can increase iron absorption (score!)

Servings: 12 bliss balls
Ingredients
1 cup Almond Flour
½ cup Brown Rice Puffs
½ cup Rice Malt Syrup
2 tbsp SSS Foods Hommus - Natural
2 tbsp Cacao Nibs, roughly chopped
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
¼ tsp Cinnamon
Sesame Seeds, for rolling
Method
1. Combine all ingredients together.
2. Roll into balls with your hands.
3. Coat balls by rolling in sesame seeds.
4. Store in fridge.
