Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Talk about a dream breakfast right!
Overnight oats are soo simple and can be so nutritious!
This one is loaded with oats, pb and choc.
As a Nutritionist I eat chocolate pretty much every day,
here’s why:
🍫Mood Boosting (produces the release of endorphins, which helps to make you feel happy. It also contains tryptophan which the body converts to serotonin & for this reason chocolate is viewed as an anti-depressant. It can also enhance sleep & promote relaxation.
🍫Balances Hormones
🍫Keeps your Gut Happy
🍫Cacao has amazing antioxidants which prevent/slow the damage of free radicals within the body, which is protective against disease & can slow down the signs of ageing.
🍫Assists heart health, suppresses appetite, lowers blood pressure/ blood sugar levels & improves concentration.
