Artisan Choc Protein Brownies

 

Supercharging your brownies with protein powder
is such a delicious nutrition hack.

Servings: 9 Brownies

Ingredients

¾ cup Oats, blitzed into flour
1/3 cup Artisan Cacao Protein Powder
1 Free-Range Egg, whisked
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ cup Milk (I used almond)
1 ½ tbsp Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
100g Chocolate, broken into chunks 

Toppings:
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Chocolate, broken into chunks
1 tbsp Artisan Cacao Protein Powder

Choc Protein Brownies

Method

1.     Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a brownie tin.

2.     Combine all ingredients except for chocolate until combined.

3.     Fold through chocolate chunks

4.     Pour mixture evenly into a brownie tin.

5.     Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through.

6.     Melt topping ingredients in a saucepan on a low heat, drizzle over brownie and allow set in the fridge.
