Rich GF Chocolate Puddings
Talk about an indulgent moment, choc puddings always give me a warm fuzzy feeling and take me straight back to my childhood.
This recipe is in collaboration with the beautiful @ecologyhomewares and features their Ottawa Calico Ramekins, I love how deep they are, making more room for pudding.

1/3 cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips

2 tsp Rice Malt Syrup
2 tsp Cacao Powder
1 cup Boiling Water
