Homemade Instant Pot Yoghurt
This was my first time making homemade yoghurt and boy oh boy am I now hooked. This is probably the easiest recipe I have evvvverrr made, literally pour in milk with a dollop of yoghurt and voila homemade smooth goodness.

Ingredients
1L Organic Milk (Increase quantity for more yoghurt!)
2 tbsp Organic Yoghurt (with cultures)
Method
1. Add milk and yoghurt to your instant pot.
2. Whisk until combined.
3. Turn on the yoghurt function and select 8 hours (it can be ready in less if you need to take if off early).
4. Place in the fridge and allow to further set. Keep stored in fridge.
5. Reserve 2 tbsp of yoghurt and freeze for your next batch!
