No Bake Peanut Butter Choc Cookies
No time spent baking, simple ingredients, these are a win win!
Coated in chocolate you’re going to loooove biting in to these!

Ingredients
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
¼ cup Rice Malt Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Puffed Grains (I used puffed rice)
1/3 cup Protein Powder (I used Vanilla Bean)
Pinch Sea Salt
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate, melted
Method
1. Combine peanut butter, rice malt syrup, vanilla, puffed grains, protein powder and sea salt in a bowl.
2. Using your hands divide mixture into your desired sized cookies (you will need to squish the mixture together to it binds.
3. Drop batter into melted chocolate and coat. Place on a sheet of baking paper.
4. Place in the fridge until chocolate has set,
5. Store in fridge.
