Vanilla Protein Blondies
These vanilla protein blondies are to die for!!
Featuring my fave Pure Vanilla Bean Protein Powder from Aus Naturals Protein, try these blondies next time you’re craving that sweet hit! Plus they add a sneaky bit of protein to the diet too!!

Ingredients
2 x 400g can Cannellini, drained & rinsed
1 tbsp Coconut Butter (alternatively a nut or seed butter)
½ cup Rice Malt Syrup
¾ cup Pure Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
1/3 cup Unsweetened Plant Based Milk (I used Coconut)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ cup Chocolate Chips
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth, except chocolate chips.
Fold through chocolate chips.
Add mixture to a lined/greased brownie tin.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool before slicing.
