Lamb, Mint & Pomegranate Pizza
Who doesn’t love a good pizza!?
This lamb, mint and pomegranate pizza is a combo you might not have tried before, but trust me, you’re going to love it!
Using Butcher Crowd’s lamb, this pizza is one to impress your friends and family with at your next dinner party!

Ingredients
2 Pitta Wraps
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled
300g Diced Lamb, chopped into 1cm cubes
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Rapadura Sugar
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Chilli Powder
Pinch Pepper
½ Red Onion, sliced
½ Pomegranate
2 tbsp Pine Nuts, toasted
2 tbsp Fresh Mint
Dressing
3 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
½ Lemon, juiced
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Add lamb, garlic powder, sugar, cumin, salt, chilli powder, salt and pepper to a large bowl. Stir to coat lamb in spices.
Top pitta wraps with lamb and onion. Drizzle generously with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lamb is cooked and pitta has lightly crisped.
Combine dressing ingredients and set aside.
Place remaining fresh toppings over pizza. Drizzle with dressing.
Slice & serve.
