5 Minute Banana Oats

 

Ah the good stuff!
I love a good bowl of oats to wake & warm me up in the mornings. ⁠
This recipe is super simple and oh so creamy. ⁠But mostly I love how it fuels my body & keeps me feeling full until lunch.⁠

5 Minute Banana Oats

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/3 cup Oats
2/3 cups Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk (I used Almond Milk)
½ Banana, mashed
½ Banana, sliced
Sprinkle of Cinnamon 


Method

1.     Cook oats & milk in a small saucepan on medium heat for 3 ½ minutes. Stir occasionally.

2.     Add mashed banana, stirring for a further 1 ½ minutes or until desired consistency. 

3.     Top with sliced banana & sprinkle with cinnamon (add your favourite toppings if desired).
