Walnut & Coconut Crunch
This is one of my go to breakfasts, quick & easy.
Full of good quality fats, so it’s nourishing & satiating! Great fuel for a busy morning ahead.

Ingredients
3 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
3 tbsp Walnuts, roughly chopped
½ cup Coconut Yoghurt
½ cup Blueberries
Method
1. Combine all ingredients and enjoy.
