Avocado Hommus

This is a beautiful way to add extra nourishment to hommus and create a gorgeous plate to add to a platter!

Avocado is an incredibly nutrient dense food and healthy fat.

I’ll just say it.. fat doesn't make you FAT!⁠
Basically this is what you need to know..
Trans fats are bad for you. Saturated, Monounsaturated & Polyunsaturated are fine (poly should be consumed in moderation to avoid excess omega 6).

Always ⁠avoid low fat products & eat QUALITY real food. Adding foods like avocado is always a good choice!

 
Avocado Hommus
 

Servings: One Dip to share!

Ingredients

1 x 225g tub Hommus ( I used SSS Foods Coriander, Cumin & Chilli, alternatively make a homemade recipe here)
1 Avocado

Dippers Suggestions:
Cherry Tomatoes
Cucumbers, cut into coins
Carrots, cut into coins
Radish, cut into coins
Pomegranate
Pistachios

 
Avocado Hummus
 

Method

1.     Blitz hommus and avocado in a blender until smooth and combined (add a dash of water, if the dip is too thick!).

2.     Serve alongside or with topper ingredients on top.
